    this is the same as the previous haitian drum but with a different design on it. i got it the first time around and my gf got it the second time around. it is one of the strongest items there is at this point - better than the executive overcoat, armoured suitcasee, dogtags, and many other items. i strongly suggest that you buy it. you won't regret it. besides the fact that you are helping the haitian refugees as well.
